Shipping: 

Most orders ship within 2-7 days after order has been processed. Please allow 5-7 days for standard delivery once an item has shipped. If there are any delays or back ordered items in your order, you will be notified via email. Some items are made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to ship.

All orders shipping within California are subject to sales tax.

I hope that you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email, hellosonia@soniadeniseroberts.com. We accept returns within 21 days of the original purchase. Items must be in its original condition. Due to the nature of our small business, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and refunds can not be given for the original shipping charges.
